Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

Exchange Policy

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  2. Eligible Items and Verification: To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must first send a short video clip of the product to our customer service team & support@clothelis.com. The video should clearly show the condition of the item, including any defects or damages. After verification, eligible items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

  3. Return Authorization: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team & support@clothelis.com. to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication. Returns made without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received safely.

  5. Refunds and Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.

  6. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may be applied to returns of certain items, particularly those that require special handling or customization. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your
